XLF invests in the success of our international assignees. The XLF Expatriate Resource Center in Kansas City has created this website as a single resource for everything you will need to know about your expatriate assignment. Please review the FAQ section often as it will be updated as common questions are presented from the field.
We ask that you make this website your homepage during your international assignment and check the News tab on the left often. It will serve as a reminder on important items and upcoming events that will affect most of you. If you are travelling and unable to access email, you can always use the contact form on this website to send an urgent message that can be forwarded to anyone in the company.
Please review the Expatriate Policy and Procedures manual at least once a year. It spells out exactly what the company is provided during your expatriate assignment and what your own responsibilities are regarding expenses and insurance during your international assignment. For example, it is your responsibility to make sure you secure personal property and liability insurance for you and your family.
