• About our Expatriate Community Web Portal

  This site was created for our global personnel working outside of their country of citizenship for six months or longer and is a communication tool to supplement your expatriate employee manual that is only updated once a year.

  Please use the site to monitor important announcements from Regional Home Offices and watch the "upcoming events calendar" above very closely. This will be updated once a week. In addition, the site contains reference information from all of our vendors that support our expatriate assignments as well as our Expatriate Policy and Procedure manual for 2009 - 2010 also called the expatriate handbook, updated every February.

2009-2010 Assignment Manual

This is your current expatriate policy and procedure manual for 2009-2010.  It is your responsibility to be very familiar with all the corporate policy and procedures related to your international assignment.  The expatriate handbook covers all aspects of the international relocation up to and including your repatriation, or new posting in another country.

The expatriate employee handbook will only be updated once a year.  Please log into this expatriate communication portal at least once a week and follow the posts relevant to your region or country.  Via the posts, policy may change during the year.  If there is going to be a policy change, we will try to alert you via a posting at least 30 days ahead of time if possible.

The old expatriate assignment handbook is no longer valid.  Please use this new version.
