• About our Expatriate Community Web Portal

  This site was created for our global personnel working outside of their country of citizenship for six months or longer and is a communication tool to supplement your expatriate employee manual that is only updated once a year.

  Please use the site to monitor important announcements from Regional Home Offices and watch the "upcoming events calendar" above very closely. This will be updated once a week. In addition, the site contains reference information from all of our vendors that support our expatriate assignments as well as our Expatriate Policy and Procedure manual for 2009 - 2010 also called the expatriate handbook, updated every February.

Welcome/Start

Welcome to our expatriate community communication portal where you will find almost every piece of important information you will need during your expatriate assignment.  This is more than just an online expatriate policy manual or expatriate handbook.  First, a note about the informational posts on the site.  Each post will be assigned a catagory, for example… posts about insurance, posts about taxes, legal, expenses, plant inspections, etc.

There are two ways you can research older posts.  The first is to sort post by catagory using the catagory tool (bottom left of this website).  The second is by using the calendar, where the calendar will highlight dates where there has been a post.

The “My Expat Phonebook” page is a very detailed and comprehensive listing of all phone numbers, web pages,  and email address for just about any contact you will need during your international assignment.

In the past expatriates would be given a paper expatriate manual and we have done away with this process.  Your expatriate assignment manual will be posted here along with up to date and current information related to your expatriate assignment.

We hope this expatriate communication portal makes your expatriate assignment easier and we welcome your opinion and feedback.
