• About our Expatriate Community Web Portal

  This site was created for our global personnel working outside of their country of citizenship for six months or longer and is a communication tool to supplement your expatriate employee manual that is only updated once a year.

  Please use the site to monitor important announcements from Regional Home Offices and watch the "upcoming events calendar" above very closely. This will be updated once a week. In addition, the site contains reference information from all of our vendors that support our expatriate assignments as well as our Expatriate Policy and Procedure manual for 2009 - 2010 also called the expatriate handbook, updated every February.

The attached is a comprehensive listing of phone numbers, email addresses, and website links for all contacts that you may need during your expatriate assignment.

(Note to Benefits/HR/Global Mobility: If this were the only part of the web portal it would be useful in and of itself, as all corporate and vendor numbers can be accessed at any time by the international employee at any internet connection or smart phone anywhere in the world: airport, hotel lobby, internet cafe on the way to a meeting, etc)

Most phone numbers should be listed here and not be part of the expatriate policy manual.
